New book news – with actual titles!
So it’s been a little while since Frostbound was released, and readers have been asking what I’m up to. First off, all four volumes of the Dark Forgotten series are still available in ebook form from all the usual suspects. Second, my contemporary paranormal work has found a new and very welcoming home!
Some of you know that I am now signed with Harlequin and have a new paranormal romance series for their Nocturne line. They’re James Bond-style vampire spies (and a werewolf) saving the world one hot but enormously gifted and independent babe at a time. These are very fun books, with plenty of danger, humour, sexy interludes and all the features that make paranormal romance a good time. As usual, there’s a dollop of fantasy involved because fae are like that.
The titles of the first two Nocturnes are Possessed by a Warrior and Possessed by an Immortal and they are set to release in the spring of 2014. The question of who is exactly possessing whom is, of course, an open question throughout the stories.
In addition, I’m doing some novellas for Harlequin’s Cravings ebooks (dragons!).
And finally, you may notice that my web site has a new look. A while back I asked for some feedback on what web designs work for readers and I passed those comments back to my designer. I think she’s done a fabulous job!
Are there gonna be anymore novels in the Dark Forgotten series? I absolutely love that series and can’t wait for more!
Thanks, Magen, I do hope to continue that series, and other people have asked about it as well. My hope is that the new books will build enough momentum and readership that I can find a new home for the DF series, whether that’s through a publishing house or independently.
We were just talking about your DF books on a forum that I haunt, so I just had to come here and let you know that I really hope you get to write more of this series. (and I can add at least three more votes in favor of more from my forum friends.) I’d buy them self or traditionally pubbed.
I’ll make sure to give your new series a try too
Thanks, melindeeloo! It means a lot to me that you say that, because I know you were a reviewer of the DF series from the start. With so many books out there, the fact that anyone remembers it existed is extremely encouraging. There are definitely more stories to tell about those characters.
Because the new series is with a different house, it’s a lighter, more comic read with more romance, but I hope you enjoy it.
I just happened upon one of the Dark Forgotten titles. I loved it! It is so sad that such a good series took me so long to find… I will definitely recommend it. I will also give the new series a try.
Hope your able to get the dark forgotten series going again, really enjoyed the books
Thank you very much, Mary and Summer.

Will there be another book in Horsemen series? Something tells me that Death is not dead and Famine and Lexi needs a finish.
Hi, Donna!
The series is: Possessed by a Warrior, Possessed by an Immortal (just came out!), Possessed by a Wolf, and Possessed by the Fallen. I understand that the last two will be out in 2015, but I don’t have precise dates yet.
Loved your books..Cant wait for the last 2..
Thanks, Bobbie! I really appreciate that!
I just finished Sam and Mark’s stories and see from a remark above that you will (or maybe right now) are writing Kenyon’s story, hopefully coming out in 2015. I will definitely be looking for it!
Yes, Teresa, the last two books of the quartet will be out in 2015. They are written and submitted to my editor! Thanks for reading!
Can we get a sneak peek of the last two horsemen
Hi, Linda, I will be giving sneak peeks as soon as I can! Possessed by a Wolf and Possessed by the Fallen aren’t quite ready for that, though. My editor has to bless them before I can put up any excerpts. Believe me, I’m anxious to show them off!
